So I'm guessing that you guys might want to make your own smileys. Since I am generous and such, I'm not going to keep the info to myself. To make your own smileys, you'll need the following things: this here program (website one), this here animation program (website 2), this tutorial ('cause otherwise you'll be clueless), some creativity, and some patience. Also, this animation tutorial might also be of interest, though I myself didn't bother to use it.

And if you don't have the means to download the above programs (*cough*Brandon*cough*), then you can use this tutorial for MS Paint, though that program sucks, and won't let you animate anything.

EDIT: Brandon brought to my attention that I forgot something. In order to download that Paint.NET software, you'll need to install this on your PC. Also, after looking over the website, that program is NOT availible for Mac, so too bad, Carter. You can use Photoshop, since apparently you have it.
